- 7 years of software engineering experience
- Strong experience with C# and .NET technologies
- Recent Angular development experience
- Experience designing and developing full-stack applications
- SQL Server and relational database expertise
- Ability to write and optimize stored procedures

- Experience leading technical initiatives or development teams
- Strong communication and solution-design skills
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools in a professional environment
- Prior consulting experience
- Experience with enterprise-scale applications
- Cloud architecture knowledge
- Exposure to digital identity or security-focused applications
- Experience mentoring junior and mid-level engineers
- Familiarity with GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex
