Key Responsibilities
- Lead solution design, architecture, and implementation
- Translate business needs into technical requirements
- Support presales, demos, and customer workshops
- Provide estimates and ensure delivery quality
- Collaborate with PMs and cross-functional teams
- 8 years in software engineering / solution design
- Strong in Java, .NET, APIs, databases
- Cloud experience (AWS preferred)
- Experience with Jira/Confluence
- Excellent client-facing communication skills
- U.S. Citizen (or Dual Citizen) with valid passport
- Able to travel (Canada)
- Identity, Security, or Biometric solutions experience
- Prior technical/project leadership exposure
