- Strong hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting.
- Windows Server administration and production support experience.
- Exposure to Java or Tomcat-based application environments.
- Experience with archiving, compliance, or eDiscovery systems.
- Solid troubleshooting ability in high-pressure production settings.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Power BI, or database change management processes. Power BI or similar reporting tools.
- Experience with ServiceNow or database change management processes.
- Background in financial services or other regulated industries.
What You Will Be Doing
- Provide daily production support for enterprise archiving and compliance systems.
- Script and automate operational tasks using PowerShell.
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and participate in incident response.
- Perform system administration tasks in a Windows Server environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet compliance and performance standards.
- Support audit, regulatory, and eDiscovery tool reliability.
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotations.
Salary : $47 - $52
