Full-Time (Travel Required - 70% Nationwide) Required Skills
- 8 years of supervisory experience in commercial or industrial construction
- Experience managing projects with budgets of $15M
- Strong background in civil, structural, and/or electrical construction
- Valid U.S. driver's license and passport
- Willingness and ability to travel long-term
- Advanced knowledge of construction scheduling and cost control
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor cross-functional teams
- Strong safety background with consistent delivery of quality outcomes
- Project Scheduling & Planning Tools
- Construction Management & Reporting Systems
- Safety & Compliance Tracking Programs
- Lead project planning, including manpower, materials, equipment, and scheduling
- Supervise and coordinate multiple trade groups (electricians, boilermakers, carpenters)
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specs, safety standards, and timelines
- Monitor project progress, track performance metrics, and adjust plans as needed
- Communicate with clients, executives, vendors, and internal teams
- Drive quality assurance and continuous process improvement across projects
