Required Skills & Experience
- 7 years of professional Java development experience
- Strong experience with Spring / Spring Boot in enterprise environments
- Experience building and consuming RESTful web services
- Solid understanding of SQL and ORM frameworks (JPA / Hibernate)
- Experience working with Git and CI/CD pipelines
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Microservices architecture experience
- Exposure to caching and service discovery tools
- Experience with JSON, XML, and SOAP integrations
- Agile / Scrum development experience
- Prior mentorship or technical leadership experience
