Required Skills & Experience
- 10 years of experience in construction project management within heavy industrial, utility, or power generation environments
- Proven experience leading largescale EPC or industrial construction projects from preconstruction through turnover
- Strong background in site execution, including safety, quality, cost, and schedule management
- Experience leading and developing teams of Project Managers and field personnel
- Demonstrated ability to operate in fastpaced, ambiguous, or startup-like environments
- Experience with contract management, procurement strategy, and subcontractor oversight
- Knowledge of permitting, regulatory compliance, and construction safety standards
- Handson experience with boilers, steam generation systems, or related equipment
- Background in boilermaking or closely related trades
- Experience building new processes, workflows, or business lines
- Familiarity with Primavera or similar scheduling tools
- Knowledge of ASME, NFPA, and welding procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
