Required Skills & Experience:
- 4 years of electrical engineering experience
- Experience in a regulated industry
- Background in circuit design and PCB development
- Exposure to component lifecycle management (EOL/alternate sourcing)
- Familiarity with verification & validation processes
- Experience with schematic and layout tools
- Experience with complex or embedded systems
- General understanding of quality and regulatory frameworks
- Exposure to power electronics or similar domains
Tech Breakdown
- 50% Circuit Design / PCB Development
- 30% Sustaining Engineering / Component Management
- 20% Verification, Documentation, Compliance
- Support sustaining engineering activities for existing products
- Assist with circuit and PCBA updates driven by component or performance needs
- Contribute to testing, documentation, and change activities
- Help investigate product or manufacturing issues and support resolution efforts
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement updates
