Senior Director of Software Engineering / Medical Devices

There is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company in Madison, WI or in the Greater Philadelphia area as a Senior Director of Engineering on a full-time, hybrid basis. This company in the MedTech industry is hiring this individual to oversee their software and engineering teams as they collaborate and strategize on new and existing products.

This company has a great culture with some flexibility in hours, as well as a hybrid in-office schedule. They are looking for this individual to have a long tenure of overseeing teams, working within the medical devices industry, and being customer-facing. A strong engineering background, especially in devices, will be highly desired as well.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong demonstrable leadership skills and experience
• Tenure in overseeing engineering teams
• Background in medical devices or HealthTech
• Customer-facing / product mapping experience
• Experience as an engineer (embedded, electrical, hardware, etc.)

Desired Skills & Experience

• Consulting experience
• Experience working across multiple product lines
• Confidence and experience working with C-level executives

Salary : $180,000 - $220,000
