Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years of experience in a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering role
- Strong software development experience with proficiency in languages such as Python, .NET, or Java
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on precision, reliability, and operational excellence
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience designing, implementing, or supporting observability solutions and operational best practices
- Proven ability to troubleshoot, automate, and optimize systems across Linux and Windows environments
- Availability for on-call rotations
- Master's Degree in Engineer, Computer Science, or related field

- Implement monitoring, logging, and tracing capabilities to improve visibility, accelerate troubleshooting, and support proactive issue resolution
- Ensure infrastructure and automation solutions align with enterprise security, compliance, and DevOps standards while contributing to architecture and governance initiatives
- Provide technical leadership through code reviews, architectural guidance, mentoring, and knowledge sharing across engineering teams
- Support strategic modernization initiatives focused on re-architecting legacy systems and advancing cloud-native adoption

Salary : $92,700 - $161,850
