Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
4-7 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or related technical roles
Strong proficiency in Python for data processing, modeling, and automation
Applied machine learning experience across classification, clustering, ranking, and generative AI workflows
Experience working with structured and unstructured datasets
Strong understanding of feature engineering, model evaluation, and analytical trade-offs
Strong SQL and relational database knowledge
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or similar cloud environments
Experience with Git and collaborative software development practices
Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience mentoring junior engineers and reviewing code

Experience with vector-based search or retrieval systems
Exposure to LLM-enabled workflows and text analytics
