As part of a newly formed, greenfield initiative, you'll help shape architecture and standards from the ground up in a build-focused environment. This is a senior, hands-on role focused on technical leadership and advisory, driving strategy, influencing direction, and mentoring teams while remaining deeply involved in design and delivery, without direct people management responsibilities.
Required Skills & Experience
10 years in data architecture/data engineering
Strong AWS data platform expertise
Experience with data modeling, frameworks, and architecture design
Real-time & batch data pipelines (Kafka preferred)
Data governance and quality implementation
TOGAF or similar certification
Desired Skills & Experience
AI data architectures (RAG, vector DBs, MCP)
Streaming/event-driven systems
CI/CD & automation
Leadership and team mentorship
