Position Overview
Seeking an experienced SAP professional to support end-to-end SAP solution delivery across Meter-to-Cash (M2C) and Customer Service processes. The role will focus on SAP S/4HANA Utilities, SAP Service Cloud, integrations, and enterprise-scale implementations in a complex, multi-vendor environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate on end-to-end SAP solution delivery for Meter-to-Cash (M2C) and Customer Service processes, including SAP S/4HANA Utilities and SAP Service Cloud.
• Oversee design, configuration, customization, and integration of SAP applications in coordination with internal and external teams.
• Manage SAP RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows) development and ensure alignment with program requirements.
• Guide unit testing, SIT, UAT, regression, and performance testing activities using tools such as Jira and qTest.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery and integration of SAP solutions.
• Support deployment, cutover, and hypercare activities, including knowledge transfer to operational teams.
• Ensure SAP security roles, access models, and compliance requirements are properly implemented and tested.
• Drive adherence to DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and security analysis.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration to ensure seamless system integrations, including identity and access management.
• Establish SAP monitoring practices covering error handling, performance, and system usage.
• Participate in governance activities including status reporting, risk management, and issue resolution.

Qualifications Required

• Currently authorized to work in the United States via citizenship or
• Minimum 7 years of SAP solution delivery experience
• Experience with SAP implementations in complex, multi-vendor enterprise environments
• Strong knowledge of:
  • SAP S/4HANA
  • SAP Service Cloud
  • ABAP programming
  • SAP BTP
• Experience with integration technologies:
  • SAP BTP Integration Suite
  • RESTful APIs
  • Middleware platforms
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices:
  • CI/CD pipelines
  • Automated testing frameworks
  • Code quality tools
• Understanding of SAP security models and SAP GRC Access Control
• Experience with SAP testing (Unit, SIT, UAT, regression, performance)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Experience with Jira, qTest, or similar tools

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field
• SAP certifications (SAP Certified Associate, SAP Certified Professional, etc.)
• Experience in utility or energy industry programs
• Knowledge of non-SAP integrations (MuleSoft, API architectures, IAM tools)
• Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Business Data Cloud
• Experience with AI-powered SAP tools
• Understanding of regulatory and data privacy requirements
• Experience with data migration and master data management
• Knowledge of change management and user adoption in SAP environments.

Salary : $74 - $85
