Kelly Science and Clinical FSP is currently seeking a Quality Inspector-2nd Shift (Monday-Friday 3:30pm-11:30pm) for a long-term engagement in Bridgewater, MA with one of our Global Medical Device clients. This person will join our Kelly FSP (Functional Service Provider) division, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc. Duties:
The Quality Technician I will perform inspections of machined components, assemblies and castings to support receiving inspection, validations, and process improvement activities.
Will perform open set-up inspections utilizing a variety of inspection equipment and visual standards. Support Raynham Operator Certification initiatives throughout the facility.
Mechanical inspection will be performed.
The Quality Technician will utilize GD&T and blue print reading skills daily.
Qualifications Required:
A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent required.
Manufacturing background is required.
0-2 years of inspection experience in a precision machining and/or casting environment .
Excellent written, oral communication, organization and computer skills
Preferred skills:
Medical Device inspection experience.
Blue print interpretation skills and a working knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) applications
Working knowledge of various applications of shop mathematics
ASQ Certification
Optical Comparators experience
CMM operating experience is a plus
