Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience within Compliance, Legal, Risk, Regulatory Change, Operational Risk, Governance or Financial Services.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to engage senior executives.
- Strong program management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Data analysis, reporting and presentation experience.
- Ability to operate independently within a complex global organization.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience with AI-enabled business solutions.
- Experience managing global stakeholders across multiple regions.
- Vendor Governance & Relationship Management
- Manage ongoing vendor engagement, service reviews, issue escalation and performance oversight.
- Escalate critical service issues and oversee root cause analysis activities.
- Track vendor commitments, roadmaps, enhancement requests and remediation plans.
- Stakeholder Management & Governance
- Manage relationships with senior stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations and Technology.
- Drive stakeholder communications and action tracking.
- Act as trusted advisor for regulatory technology strategy and adoption.
- Regulatory Technology Product Management
- Gather and prioritize business requirements.
- Coordinate product testing and user acceptance activities.
- Operational Oversight & Service Management
- Monitor incidents, service tickets, defects and user issues.
- Identify trends and systemic issues through management reporting.
- Ensure timely resolution of critical business-impacting events.
- Strategic Program & Business Onboarding
- Support onboarding of new business functions to regulatory technology platforms.
- Manage regulatory coverage discussions with business stakeholders.
- Support strategic growth initiatives and enterprise expansion opportunities.
- AI & Innovation Governance
- Support adoption and governance of AI-enabled regulatory technology capabilities.
- Coordinate AI feature testing and validation exercises.
- Partner with technology teams and vendors on AI enablement initiatives.
- Coordinate AI content ingestion and quality assurance activities.
- Executive Reporting & Strategic Communication
- Prepare executive presentations, governance packs and strategic recommendations.
- Produce management reporting and performance metrics.
- Present operational trends and strategic insights to senior management.
