A healthcare analytics and technology company is urgently hiring a Tech Lead for a contract to hire role. You will be developing an application that helps clients identify payment errors, ensure claims are reimbursed correctly, and manage risk adjustment using Java, Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices, CI/CD, OnPrem, OpenShift, and AI tools including Claude. This position is hybrid 3 days per week in Phoenix and offers a W2 benefits.
