- Experience mentoring distributed or offshore development teams
- Strong understanding of software design, testing, and delivery best practices

- Redux expertise
- Experience with RDS/MySQL
- Familiarity with CloudFront and S3
- Knowledge of security permissions, access controls, and cloud governance
