Junior Project Manager

Join a global IT infrastructure services firm as a Junior Project Manager supporting a long-standing public sector contract. • 35% Project Planning and Scheduling - assisting with timelines, milestones, and resource coordination across active IT projects
• 25% Project Monitoring and Reporting - tracking progress, identifying risks, and preparing status updates for stakeholders
• 25% Cross-Functional Coordination - working with technical teams, client contacts, and senior PMs to keep projects on track
• 15% Documentation and Process Support - maintaining project records, meeting notes, and supporting process improvement efforts

Daily Responsibilities

• 55% Project Support and Coordination - assisting senior PMs with planning, scheduling, and execution across multiple concurrent IT projects
• 30% Reporting and Stakeholder Communication - status updates, documentation, and client-facing reporting
• 15% Learning and Development - absorbing best practices, shadowing senior team members, and building project management fundamentals
