Our client, a leading real estate company, is hiring a Franchise Enablement Coordinator in Madison, New Jersey! This is onsite 5 days a week

In this role, you will support Franchise System Growth and compliance by coordinating recruiting program operations and franchise compliance activities. You'll also work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality service, manage high-volume workflows, support contract-related processes, and uphold compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Manage recruiting program intake, including monitoring shared inbox and responding to franchise inquiries and submission
- Support compliance processes, including compliance of domestic and international watch lists
- Partner with Finance, Legal, Compliance, Brand teams, and IT to support initiatives and resolve issues
- Maintain strong attention to detail across high-volume administrative and compliance workflows
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, franchise support, compliance, contract administration, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM or contract management systems
- Experience with data analysis or reporting tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
