Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
- 1 years of manufacturing or factory floor experience
- Experience within food & beverage, chemicals, brewing, dairy, pharmaceutical, or other process manufacturing industries
- Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills
- Experience supporting industrial automation or manufacturing systems
- Understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies
- Experience working with IT/OT environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel up to 50%

- Experience with PLCs, industrial networking, and cloud connectivity
- Knowledge of process engineering and manufacturing operations
- Experience analyzing sensor and time-series data
