Required Skills & Experience
- 5-8 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, cloud engineering, or platform operations

- Advanced experience with VMware technologies including vSphere, vCenter, and HCX for large-scale migrations
- Hands-on experience with IBM Power Systems (Power Series) and PowerVM
- Strong Linux administration skills across multiple distributions (RHEL, Ubuntu, SUSE)
- Ability to implement automation across provisioning, patching, configuration management, and operational workflows
- RHEL, Unix, or cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
- Exposure to multi-cloud strategies and cloud-to-cloud migrations
- Ability to mentor junior engineers and drive engineering standards across a team
