Leading the strategy for Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agents, you will scale the external-facing Model Context Protocol (MCP) platform to securely integrate elite rewards and lifestyle capabilities with leading external AI platforms. Requirements
- 8 years of product management experience, specifically leading platform, API, or developer infrastructure products.
- Proven experience building developer-facing products, APIs, SDKs, or ecosystem platforms (backgrounds in Big Tech or major travel networks are highly preferred).
- Deep understanding of authentication, authorization, identity (OAuth), consent management, and platform security.
- Hands-on expertise or strong familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, MCP, tool orchestration, and function calling.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate highly regulated, cross-functional environments spanning engineering, risk, legal, and compliance teams.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the enterprise-wide MCP platform.
- Establish the foundational capabilities and governance models required to securely expose services to external LLMs and AI assistants.
- Build and lead an internal MCP Center of Excellence, setting strict standards for tool design, metadata, and agent integration best practices.
- Own the end-to-end developer experience, including documentation, SDK requirements, onboarding, and integration frameworks.
- Partner with security and platform engineering teams to define scalable approaches for identity resolution, permissioning, and customer data protection.

Salary : $200,000 - $240,000
