Seeking a Senior Data Engineer for a full-time, hybrid role in Addison, TX (3 days onsite). This position will play a key role in building and ultimately owning a modern data platform for a growing home services organization, leveraging Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, Azure, and AI technologies. The ideal candidate will help drive enterprise reporting, data warehousing, and future AI initiatives across a multi-site business operating nationwide.

Required Skills & Experience
7 years of Data Engineering experience
Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, including administration, optimization, and performance tuning
Advanced dbt experience with ownership of production projects (models, tests, snapshots, macros, CI/CD, and environment management)
Experience with Fivetran, Airbyte, Stitch, or similar ELT/integration platforms
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional data modeling

Own and optimize the Snowflake platform and data warehouse
Develop and maintain dbt models, data pipelines, and data marts
Manage data ingestion and integrations through Fivetran and related tools
Ensure data quality, monitoring, and pipeline reliability
Partner with business stakeholders and consulting teams to deliver scalable analytics solutions
Evaluate and implement AI-driven capabilities, including Snowflake Cortex and LLM integrations
Drive data engineering best practices, governance, and platform growth throughout the organization

Salary : $140,000 - $165,000
