Clinic Director (Physical Therapist)
Salary: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 (commensurate with experience)
Sign-on bonuses available
Job Location: Boyce Thompson Center, 1086 North Broadway, Yonkers, NY (Westchester County; outpatient clinic)
Job Type: Full-time (Mon-Fri. Will further discuss schedule during interview.)

Responsibilities
As a CD (Physical Therapist), You’ll Achieve Success By:
- Provide direct patient care while overseeing clinic operations to ensure exceptional service and outcomes
- Lead, mentor, and develop clinic staff to build a high-performing, patient-focused team
- Manage budgets, resources, and schedules to drive financial success and operational efficiency
- Expand clinic visibility through community outreach, marketing, and patient engagement initiatives
Qualifications
Clinic Director (PT) Requirements:
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing in NYS a must
- Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting heavily preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based EMR systems
- 2-3 years of experience working as a licensed therapist in an ortho outpatient clinic; Certificate of Specialization where applicable
- MUST have experience treating post op cases
