What You’ll Do:
- Lead 45-minute Lagree classes on the Megaformer
- Deliver a safe, high-intensity, low-impact workout that challenges all fitness levels
- Create an empowering, high-energy experience every class
- Offer personalized cues, hands-on corrections, and motivation to clients
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive studio culture
- Help new clients feel confident and supported, especially in their first few classes
- Collaborate with the team to uphold brand standards and elevate the Motion Lab experience

No Lagree Experience? No Problem.
We offer Official Lagree certifcation followed by in-house mentorship. Early bird priceing- $1500 by 8/11, $1900 after. In-person training commitment: August 28 11 AM- 7 PM, August 29 11 AM - 7 PM, August 30 11 AM - 5 PM. You’ll learn everything you need to feel confident on the mic—and strong on the Megaformer. Training is intensive, fun, and designed to help you shine.
