Role Description
This is a contract, on-site role located in San Antonio, TX, for an Independent Sales Representative. The representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting Motion Informatics’ suite of cutting-edge solutions. Additional tasks include creating and presenting sales proposals, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs. The role requires active engagement with professionals and institutions in the healthcare and rehabilitation industries.
Qualifications
- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify, approach, and convert potential leads into long-term clients
- Strong understanding of medical technology or rehabilitation solutions, including Functional Electrical Stimulation (FES) and Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation (NMES)
- Effective presentation and communication skills, with experience delivering clear and impactful sales pitches
- Relationship-building expertise, including fostering and maintaining connections with healthcare professionals, clinics, and hospital networks
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines
- Prior experience in a sales-focused role within the healthcare or medical device industry is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field is desirable
- Familiarity with local healthcare systems and providers in San Antonio, TX is a plus
