- Develop patent portfolio strategies
- Advise on patentability and freedom-to-operate
- Work closely with inventors and engineering teams
- Collaborate with foreign associates
- Registered Canadian Patent Agent
- 0–3 years of patent experience
- Strong technical background, preferably in mechanical engineering, manufacturing, industrial systems, robotics, or related fields
- Excellent drafting and analytical skills
- U.S. Patent Agent qualification is an asset
