Job Summary
Motherson is looking to add a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing prompt and accurate support via phone, email, and potentially chat. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Duties
- Answer inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Provide accurate and timely information about our products and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
- Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 years of customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with MRP software a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: From $19.50 per hour
