Mothers Helping Hands Homecare is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and energetic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Adult Day Center team in Valdosta, Georgia.

Schedule
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
- 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- Per Diem
Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments.
- Develop and update individualized care plans.
- Coordinate patient care with physicians, therapists, clinical staff, and families.
- Prepare and maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes.
- Complete assessments and required documentation within agency timeframes.
- Monitor patients and provide quality nursing care.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations.
- Provide G-Tube feeding and related care as needed.
Qualifications
- Active Georgia Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid Georgia driver's license.
- Reliable transportation and current vehicle insurance.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Willing to complete a background check and drug screening.
- Previous healthcare experience is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience with G-Tube feeding is preferred.
