Airbnb Turnover Cleaner – (1099 Contractor)
MotherMaids LLC is hiring experienced cleaners for Airbnb and vacation rental turnovers in Colorado Springs, Cascade, Woodland Park, and surrounding areas. This is a fast-paced turnover position preparing homes between guest stays, so reliability and efficiency are extremely important. Pay ranges from $50-150 per turnover depending on property size. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with a flexible schedule based on property bookings. Weekend availability is required since many turnovers happen on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Duties include performing thorough cleaning of floors, windows, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas using appropriate tools and supplies; dusting surfaces, fixtures, and furniture; restocking guest supplies when provided; disposing of trash and recyclables properly; following safety protocols when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment; reporting maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning; and following established cleaning checklists to maintain consistent quality for each property. Some properties also have hot tubs that will need to be maintained between guests (checking water, adding chemicals, and basic upkeep). Training will be provided for hot tub maintenance if you have not done this before.
Applicants should have previous residential or commercial cleaning experience (Airbnb turnover experience preferred), the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, strong attention to detail, and the physical ability to bend, lift, and stay active during cleaning tasks. Applicants must provide their own cleaning supplies and equipment, have reliable transportation to travel between properties, have a smartphone for communication and job details, and must be dependable and punctual.
