As a Cashier, you’ll be the face of our store providing fast, friendly, and accurate checkout experiences while helping customers find what they need. Hourly Pay: $16.50 – $19.80

What You will Do
- Greet every customer with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Accurately ring up purchases using computerized registers
- Bag groceries with care, keeping customer preferences in mind
- Memorize product codes for produce and bulk items
- Keep your station clean, organized, and stocked throughout your shift
- Assist with store upkeep when not checking out customers (cleaning, stocking, facing shelves)
- Help customers locate products and answer questions
- Take and follow up on special orders with department managers
- Ensure price accuracy and report discrepancies on shelf tags
- Support overall store safety, cleanliness, and merchandising standards
- Perform other duties as assigned by your Supervisor or Lead Cashier
What You Bring
- Previous customer service experience (cashiering is a plus)
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using computerized register systems
- Clear communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Friendly, dependable, and approachable attitude
- Able to multitask and stay accurate in a busy environment
- Willing to jump in and support your team wherever needed
- Eager to learn product knowledge and assist customers confidently
Physical Requirements
- Stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)
- Frequent use of touchscreen registers and scanners
- Push/pull products across the scanner and handle cash
- Lift up to 50 lbs., bend, squat, reach overhead, and climb ladders
- Answer phones and engage with customers face-to-face
Schedule Requirements
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
