We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused, and motivated Store Manager to lead our team and continue our tradition of exceptional service. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a positive, customer-focused team culture.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while building lasting relationships with customers.
- Train, coach, and develop employees to provide knowledgeable and personalized service.
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure an organized, clean, and welcoming environment.
- Manage inventory, ordering, receiving, and vendor relationships to maintain product availability.
- Review orders, pricing discrepancies, and vendor issues, resolving concerns promptly.
- Oversee merchandising and visual displays to create an inviting shopping experience.
- Coordinate daily deposits and maintain accurate operational procedures.
- Develop and implement sales initiatives and promotions in partnership with the owner.
- Monitor sales performance and work with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Create and coordinate engaging social media content and marketing initiatives.
- Stay informed on industry trends and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Represent Mother Nature's Emporium in the community through Chamber events and other local activities.
- Foster a safe, positive, and collaborative workplace where employees feel valued and supported.
Experience
- Strong understanding of health foods and natural supplements preferred.
- Strong customer service skills
- Superior management skills
- High level of flexibility
- Ability to adapt to different customers.
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Natural talent for motivating and developing teams.
- Must have experience with social media, creating and developing content.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with technology utilizing Canva, Excel and Inventory systems.
