Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and outgoing bartender with a strong work ethic to join our team! If you have weekend availability (as this is a daytime weekend position), enjoy meeting new people, working in a fun, fast-paced environment, and providing great customer service, we would love to hear from you. Our bartenders help create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while serving drinks, keeping the bar running smoothly, and working as part of a team to make sure everyone has a great experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beer, cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Accurately take and ring in food orders and promptly serve them to customers.
- Provide friendly, attentive service to guests at the bar and throughout the restaurant.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and tabs accurately using the POS system, SpotOn.
- Keep the bar area clean, stocked, and organized throughout each shift, making sure ALL duties are done before leaving.
- Restock beer, liquor, mixers, glassware, and other supplies as needed.
- Check IDs and follow all state and local alcohol service regulations.
- Work closely with other bartenders/servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service.
- Help maintain a fun, welcoming environment for guests and coworkers alike.
- Perform all opening, mid-shift, closing, and general cleaning duties specific to your shift.
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Knowledge of basic cocktails, beer, and wine.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts.
- Willingness to pick up other shifts when necessary.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting cases of beer, liquor, and supplies when needed.
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is a plus.
