Mother Lode Union School District is located in Placerville, California, 32 miles east of Sacramento, in the beautiful foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountain Range. The natural landscape, collegial atmosphere, and supportive community make our district a wonderful place to work. We are currently looking for an Itinerant Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Indian Creek Elementary School for the 2026 - 2027 school year. This position is for 6 hours per day, 183 work days, 10 months a year (prorated if late start). The District contributes $14,334 annually for Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits (prorated if late start or less than full-time).
Requirements / Qualifications
Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent Current Registered Behavior Technician certification from a Behavior Analyst Certification Board Clerical skills and computer experience Minimum of two years of experience providing behavior intervention services to individuals with disabilities desired Coursework in child development, child psychology, and/or education desired Experience working in an instructional setting desired Licenses and Other Requirements: Valid California Driver's License Ability to pass the California Department of Justice fingerprint clearance Current negative Tuberculosis test or ability to pass the Adult Tuberculosis Risk Assessment Questionnaire A minimum of one of the following: A passing score on the Highly Qualified Paraprofessional Exam AA degree; or 48 semester units of college General Education credits Registered Behavior Technician Certification Submit with Application: Resume Two (2) letters of recommendation
