Drive-Through Sales Associate

Mother Earth Wellness is a vertically integrated cannabis cultivator, processor and dispensary operator located in Rhode Island. We are currently serving the medical and recreational cannabis community in the Pawtucket and greater Providence areas.

Mother Earth Wellness brings extensive customer service knowledge, restaurant ownership, design capabilities, construction experience, and deeply rooted cannabis knowledge to the market. We are seeking a fully qualified and experienced Drive-Through Sales Associate to join our team during this exciting time in our journey.

Job Duties

The Sales Associates are responsible for assisting customers in the drive-through with their transactional needs. Starting with checking their IDs, assisting with selecting most appropriate products, completing the cash and debit transaction, and making sure that they leave the facility with the best customer service and experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and welcome all guests
• Assist guests with navigating and identifying preferred intake methods and products.
• Must have regular and on-time attendance.
• Maintain a high standard of hospitality and communication. Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the facility.
• Complete all daily actions compliantly with state and local regulations.
• All other job duties as assigned by management.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Applicants must be 21 years old.
• Strong mathematical aptitude and strong attention to detail.
• Advanced problem-solving skills including anticipatory thinking and the ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a calm composure.
• Desired work ethic includes being detail oriented, highly organized, positive, enthusiastic, eager to learn, and a good communicator.
• High School Diploma required (Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred)
• Must be 21 years old and pass a criminal background check per local and state requirements.
• Experience with METRC highly desirable.
