We are seeking to hire a LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - Full-Time.
- 7am to 7:30pm; Monday - Friday plus Every Other Weekend.
- $29 to $32 per hour based on experience.
LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications:
- Current licensure in the State of Ohio as a LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Current CPR certification.
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a Long-Term Care.
LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Job Summary:
- Record resident's medical history.
- Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate etc.
- Observe residents to identify progress, side-effects of medications etc.
- Monitor resident's condition including fluid intake and output and compose resident charts.
- Administer injections, prescribed medications, enemas, clean and dress wounds and other basic medical care tasks.
- Collect samples for lab testing as assigned.
- Provide emotional and psychological support when needed.
- Communicate with resident's family or friends to provide advice, comfort and release instructions.
