Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential or hospitality spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing floors to maintain pristine conditions.
• Manage laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas following established protocols.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to residents’ or guests’ requests and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
• Handle janitorial tasks such as restocking supplies, emptying trash bins, and ensuring all cleaning equipment is properly maintained.
• Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care treatments to preserve the appearance and longevity of flooring surfaces.
• Support housekeeping management with inventory control, scheduling assistance, and adherence to safety standards.

Skills

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or hotel housekeeping roles with a strong understanding of sanitation practices.
• Skilled in various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care (buffing and waxing), and general custodial tasks.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor.
• Competence in laundry operations—washing, folding, stain removal—and managing linens efficiently.
• Familiarity with janitorial equipment and supplies management to ensure optimal cleanliness standards.
• Experience with commercial cleaning environments or custodial experience is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of proper sanitation procedures and safety protocols to maintain a healthy environment for all occupants. Pay: $14.00 - $14.05 per hour
