Duties

- Greet guests warmly at the front desk, check-in/check-out guests promptly, and address their inquiries with enthusiasm
- Maintain cleanliness of the lobby area, reception desk, and surrounding spaces to uphold a professional appearance
- Manage reservations, update guest records accurately, and assist with scheduling requests or special accommodations

Skills
