Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and equipment efficiently to ensure all cleaning tasks are performed effectively.
- Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests with a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless operations within the hospitality environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in industrial cleaning or housekeeping management is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with custodial practices and floor care techniques is a plus.
- Background in hospitality or hotel environments will be advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
