Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Super 8. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Handle carpet cleaning and floor care tasks to maintain the appearance of carpets and hard floors.
- Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and clean for guests or residents.
- Provide custodial services in commercial settings, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
- Respond to customer requests promptly and courteously to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs.
- Follow established protocols for cleaning procedures to uphold health and safety regulations.
Skills
- Proven experience in hotel cleaning, Housekeeping is preferred.
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and custodial practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean efficiently and effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with various cleaning products and equipment used in floor care and sanitation tasks.
