We are a busy, fast-paced, flagship dual-brand hotel near LAX serving a diverse mix of airport travelers, international guests, and group business. We are seeking motivated and professional individuals who can confidently handle high guest volume while delivering excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Manage online and phone reservations
- Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
- Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
- Respond to guests’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
- Use keen observation to protect property assets and guests
Skills
- Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role (preferred)
- Customer service attitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Report any maintenance issues on the motel's maintenance report system for day shift follow up
