Part Time Night Auditor!
***This position requires the employee to work overnight and have a schedule to work 2-3 days (11pm-7am ) shifts per week***

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Night Auditor who embodies hospitality and guest service. The ideal candidate possesses an upbeat personality, is engaging, responsible, can think quick on their feet, and is adept at multi-tasking.
Responsibilities
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Manage online and phone reservations
- Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
- Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
- Respond to guests’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
- Use keen observation to protect property assets and guests
Skills
- Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role (preferred)
- Customer service attitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Report any maintenance issues on the motel's maintenance report system for day shift follow up
