Duties

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and outdoor work as needed
• Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure hygienic environments in all areas
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools safely and efficiently
• Manage laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care
• Handle heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely during furniture moving or deep cleaning projects
• Apply cleaning detergents effectively while adhering to safety guidelines
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored housekeeping services
• Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules, supplies used, and client preferences
• Ensure all surfaces are cleaned thoroughly, including kitchen counters, bathroom fixtures, floors, and outdoor areas

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with outdoor work experience preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation standards
• Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and effectively
• Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients
• Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling, and prolonged periods of standing or walking
• Familiarity with cleaning detergents and sanitation procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met
• Experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards

is responsible for cleaning the rooms and grounds of the property as assigned by the

Operations Manager or General Manager. The Housekeeper also functions as a member

of the Clean Team.

• Service Mindset: Smile and greet guests.
• Positive Guest Experience: Ensure rooms are clean and properly stocked with supplies.
• Support Clean Team: May perform duties from all other Clean Team positions as needed

or at the direction of the Operations Manager or General Manager in order to maintain proper

operations of the property.

• Quality Adherence: Maintain the cleanliness of the rooms and the property.

but are not limited to the following: dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, moving supply carts, making ,beds, etc.

La persona que ocupa esta posición debe ser capaz de realizar las funciones esenciales del

trabajo y las responsabilidades generales con o sin ajustes razonables. Las responsabilidades

incluyen, pero no se limitan a lo siguiente: quitar el polvo, pasar la aspiradora, barrer, mover

los carros de suministro, tender camas, etc.

Pay: From $15.16 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
