Position Overview:
As Director of Operations, you will oversee the overall performance and day-to-day operations of each location, ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards. This role provides strategic and hands-on leadership across front-of-house and back-of-house teams, drives operational excellence, and partners with senior leadership to support the long-term success and growth of the location.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring consistency in service, quality, and guest experience.
- Train and develop management team members.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability.
- Partner with General Managers and department leaders to drive team performance and accountability
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations across the operation.
- Lead recruitment, training, and development initiatives to build a strong management bench.
- Analyze operational data and guest feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Support the planning and execution of new initiatives, promotions, and openings.
- Conduct daily floor walks to ensure cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and smooth service flow.
- Handle guest concerns and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Oversee scheduling, payroll accuracy, and labor cost management on-site.
- Serve as a key point of communication between ownership, leadership, and on-site teams.

Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a multi-unit or high-volume restaurant operation as a Director of Operations or similar role; Mediterranean or hospitality group experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business, or related field preferred.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, P&L management, and cost control.
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and hold teams accountable across multiple departments.
- Solid working knowledge of health, safety, and labor compliance standards.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong communicator with a strategic mindset and hands-on leadership style.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
Salary : $130,000 - $140,000
