Role Description
This is a remote, contract-based role for a Business Development Specialist. The selected candidate will focus on driving revenue growth by identifying and generating leads, conducting market research, fostering client relationships, and supporting sales processes. Daily tasks include engaging with potential customers, analyzing market opportunities, and facilitating customer inquiries while presenting innovative life-science solutions to meet client needs.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage and build relationships with clients effectively
- Proficiency in Market Research and Lead Generation to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to assess data, trends, and opportunities for strategic decision-making
- Ability to work independently and remotely with exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with life-science markets and applications is preferred, such as genomics, molecular diagnostics, or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
