JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a high-energy, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales team at Mossy of Picayune. As a BDR, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying leads, building relationships, and setting the stage for successful vehicle sales. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
💥 Lead Generation: Proactively identify and research potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking.
💥 Qualify Leads: Engage with prospects to understand their vehicle needs, assess fit, and qualify opportunities for the sales team.
💥 Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers to foster trust and long-term loyalty to Mossy of Picayune.
💥 Collaborate with Sales Team: Partner with Sales Consultants to hand off qualified leads and ensure a smooth transition in the sales process.
💥 Market Research: Stay informed about automotive industry trends, General Motors products, competitors, and market opportunities to refine outreach strategies.
💥 CRM Management: Accurately log and track all activities, leads, and interactions in the dealership’s CRM system.
💥 Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly goals for lead generation, outreach, and sales pipeline development.
