Starting Pay: $20/hour A Typical Day Working outdoors with a construction crew Assisting with site preparation, material handling and clean up Assisting with the installation and assembly of solar components as directed. Learning how solar projects are built Using basic tools and equipment Keeping the job site clean, organized, and safe What We’re Looking For Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to safety.
