Starting Pay: $20/hour
A Typical Day- Working outdoors with a construction crew
- Assisting with site preparation and material handling
- Learning how solar projects are built
- Using basic tools and equipment
- Keeping the job site clean, organized, and safe
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the project site
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
- Commitment to safety and teamwork
- Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the workday
- Work safely in various weather conditions
