Summary
We are seeking a Client Specialist to join our team at Moss and Yantis CPA PA. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our clients by managing their accounting needs and ensuring accurate financial reporting. You will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their financial goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts and perform detailed account analysis.
- Prepare financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Prepare and process payroll including quarterly payroll returns for clients.
- Assist clients with reconciliations and entering transactions.
- Utilize accounting software to maintain accurate records and streamline processes.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide hands-on support for their accounting needs.
- Assist the tax department with autoflowing client information into tax software.
- Collaborate with team members to implement new ideas that enhance service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of double entry bookkeeping and accrual accounting principles.
- Experience with financial report writing and analysis is essential.
- Familiarity with not-for-profit organizations a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools is highly desirable.
- Attention to detail and excellent time management skills required.
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
