A Senior Estimator should have heavy civil construction skills and an experience in estimating commercial & private development projects. Ideally, will have experience with wet utilities construction that includes water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, concrete structures, duct bank, etc.

Responsibilities
- Estimating self-performed projects which typically range up to 20 million dollars; including pricing labor, equipment, and material costs
- Working knowledge of construction assemblies and all project phases
- Ability to produce detailed, accurate estimates from conceptual and schematic drawings
- Ability to assess site exposures/construction risks and be able to appropriately analyze cost and reflect these in an estimate
- Identify constructability issues through the estimating process
- Identify and propose value-engineering alternatives
- Bachelor's Degree preferred (Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar)
- 5 years heavy civil estimating
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- HCSS/Planswift/Bluebeam Experience Preferred
- Strong organization and planning skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines
