We’re looking for a Marketing Project Manager who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment and is ready to play a key role in managing multifaceted marketing projects from concept to completion.
About the Role
As a Marketing Project Manager at Moss Strategy, you’ll oversee day-to-day execution of client projects, ensuring deliverables are on time, on budget, and on strategy. Projects range from digital and traditional campaigns to brand development and marketing automation initiatives. You’ll work closely with our creative, digital, and strategy teams, maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously across web, social media, video, print, paid media, and marketing automation platforms.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and proactive communication.
- Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables from planning to launch.
- Collaborate with creative and technical teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Draft and manage professional client communications and project documentation.
- Communicate with vendors and partners to manage quotes, timelines, and production needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a marketing or project management role (agency experience a plus).
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategy and campaign workflows.
- Experience managing or coordinating marketing automation projects preferred (GoHighLevel, Klaviyo, etc.).
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive attitude, creative problem-solving ability, and client-first mindset.
- Ability to work in person at our Peoria Heights office

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM– 4:30 PM
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 27.0 – 32.0 per week
